For better comprehensibility, gender-specific differentiation is waived in our data protection declaration. In the interests of equal treatment, corresponding terms apply to both sexes.

The meaning of the terms used, such as “personal data” or their “processing”, can be found in Article 4 of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO).

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, fax, contact form, etc., you agree to electronic communication. Personal data will be collected when you contact us. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form, is apparent from the respective contact form. Your data will be transmitted securely (SSL-encrypted). The information you provide is stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

We use software to maintain customer data (CRM system) or comparable software based on our legitimate interests (efficient and fast processing of user queries).

We would like to point out that e-mails can be read or modified unauthorizedly and unnoticed during transmission. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we use software to filter unwanted e-mails (spam filters). The spam filter can be used to reject e-mails that have been falsely identified as spam by certain characteristics.

 

What rights do you have?

Right to information
